I love them so much, I could eat these Fried Noodles every day. They don’t only look good but they also taste really good too. I often had this beautiful dish in Bali for my breakfast – I’ve never had noodles before in the morning but now I absolutely love this dish – it sets you up for the day and fills you up until dinner time!
I learned many dishes in Bali in the beautiful villa where we stayed – I was lucky to have such a talented cook teaching me how to make lovely new dishes. The Balinese have good cuisine skills and they are talented people who are very kind, well they certainly were to me and my family. I could never thank them enough for their kindness.
I never knew how easy cooking can be when you know what to add, I was always told not to fry garlic or you will have a bitter taste, well apparently not in this recipe – this is exactly what you do. I know all cooking it’s not the same.These noodles are so easy to cook and they absorb any flavour you put into them. There are lots of types of noodles in the stores these days and so it’s very easy to get hold of them.
