Valentine Heart Biscuits

This recipe for is guaranteed to bring a smile to your loved ones. The biscuits are light and very tasty – truly perfect. They are really easy and fun to make. You can easily create your icing to be multi-coloured like I did or you can keep it simple,  it’s really up to you.

So we all love biscuits and these Valentine Heart Biscuits are just what you need on this special day. If you like, you can make as many as you like and give them away, I thought this is what’s Valentine is all about, to share well your biscuits I mean –  I have even baked some for the chickens!

I will tell you a story about me when I was young –  it was Valentines day and I told my friend that I fancied this person lots and I wanted to get him a card, so I did. I was so exited to see the response from this man, but what I didn’t know is that she sent him a card herself! Did I put that idea in her head?  I only found out after 2 years when my man confessed! Yes, I got him in the end and I forgave my friend….. we were only young after all. He is now my husband of 33 years as I write this!

I am very proud to be married this wonderful man –  happy Valentines day Darling, these biscuits are for you. x
