This is a quick and easy dish for the BBQ, it is so tender, tasty and aromatic, you can smell the tarragon from miles away! I called this dish Sally’s Chicken Brochette because I am well-known for my quick food, and this is so easy and quick to prepare, I thought I’d give it my name! There is no need to take forever to make nice food, most of the time I make food from things left in the bottom of the fridge, and for some reason it always tastes really amazing.
We don’t have to slave over a stove or BBQ to make a good meal to impress you friends. I always say any one can cook as long as they know how to use their spices and herbs.
We love to have BBQ food – especially here in the UK and as the weather is so unpredictable, we try to always make the most of it. As long you have a baguette of garlic bread and some meat in your freezer ready, then you’re always ready for a last-minute BBQ. Like I said in this recipe: Rack of Lamb with Ginger and Rosemary you can pre-prepare the marinated meat and freeze it – do it this way and you really can’t go wrong – you can always have a BBQ when the sun suddenly comes out!. Your meat is ready and you are ready to enjoy your party – or if you know it’s going to be a nice day, defrost it the night before.
Lets see how easy this is to prepare:
