These Baby Carrots with Butter and Tarragon are beautifully sweet and buttery – so very, very tasty! They go well as a side dish to go with any kind of roast or many different dishes. I always cook my carrots like this and I have never been disappointed.
Not every one likes vegetables, but when you make them as tasty as this I promise you everyone will love them – whether children or adults. I think it can be a bit of a shame when vegetables often get left at the bottom of the fridge when they could be turned into something really healthy and tasty – there are lots of ways to cook vegetables so there is no excuse to waste them!
