Baby Carrots with Butter and Tarragon

These Baby Carrots with Butter and Tarragon are beautifully sweet and buttery  Рso very, very tasty! They go well as a side dish to go with any kind of roast or many different dishes. I always cook my carrots like this and I have never been disappointed.

Not every one likes vegetables, but when you make them as tasty as this I promise you everyone will love them – whether children or adults. I think it can be a bit of a shame when vegetables often get left at the bottom of the fridge when they could be turned into something really healthy and tasty – there are lots of ways to cook vegetables so there is no excuse to waste them!

My family really enjoys these lovely carrots with this lovely Turkey Crown with Sage & Garlic.

Instructions
  1. Bring the water to the boil then add the peeled carrots with the salt then simmer for 8 mins.
  2. Drain the water from the carrots then add the butter, sugar and the tarragon, then cook on a medium heat. Keep tossing the pan making sure you don't over mix or they will break.
  3. Turn the heat off and serve as a side dish with your choice of roast.
