This Celeriac and Beans Vegetable dish is so light and easy make and the two flavours and textures go together really nicely. I use this Celeriac and Beans Vegetable dish when I make something romantic like maybe for Valentines night, a birthday treat or even with Christmas dinner.
These vegetables are so sweet, especially the celeriac, so there is no need to add any salt to it, but of course everyone’s tastes are different. You can of course add butter if you wish, or even extra virgin olive oil. These vegetables go very well with my Scallops with Garlic Champagne and Tarragon recipe as they don’t have a strong flavours like cauliflower or broccoli.
