I love creating soups, especially this chicken mushroom and baby corn soup. You don’t even need bread with it, as it is so delicious as it is. The flavours talk to your taste buds and to me that is worth a million other soups, and it is really easy to make.
I have never had a shop bought soup, as I think home-made is so easy to prepare, and it takes no time at all. Most soups you can just throw in whatever you have in the bottom of your fridge and bingo! – you have a ready meal in seconds.
Some people say that soup gives you more comfort than anything else that’s easily available…. well, I have to say I tend to agree – soup is one of the best ways of getting that ‘feel-good’ feeling at any time of year! You can can make plenty at once and keep them for whenever you feel like some comforting delicious super soup – maybe on a cold, rainy day….I make this soup when I am watching my waist line and I also find it very satisfying indeed.
