This is a really nice recipe for a fabulous filling to use in desserts and cakes etc. This Date and Pumpkin Puree is like eating sweet chestnut purée. You can even spread it on toast if you wish! I love pumpkin purée as it is full of goodness, I don’t like buying tinned pumpkin, in fact ,I did not know you can buy it in a tin, but then I decided I would put an end to all this nonsense and make my very own pumpkin purée! I usually freeze it so I can enjoy it at any time and for longer. As for the dates, they are also full of goodness.
