This is a very healthy soup that I always make for my daughter if she is ever unwell. The soup is creamy and full of goodness, like garlic which is very good for our heart. Also, turmeric, ginger and cumin are believed to be very good for your digestive system, and also it settles the stomach and much more. So these four ingredients are all very good for our tummy. I have always made this soup for my children when they are feeling unwell. Whether you’re young or old, it has really worked for my family.
