Healthy Chocolate Sauce

This easy to make Healthy Chocolate Sauce is very impressive. If you are on a diet, this is the one for you. It has no sugar and only natural and pure cocoa. We all love puddings and a rich sauce to go with them, but pudding and sauce could make us feel a bit too guilty. This is why I came up with this recipe, as I love natural yoghurt, and I promise the calories are really low, so you won’t feel so guilty, I promise. I do try to use natural yoghurt a lot in my cooking.

This sauce goes great with my Summer Pudding.

You will be surprised to know how easy it can be to diet but still enjoy your indulgent guilty pleasures. I do also like to cook new dishes and I challenge myself with healthy food so I can enjoy my holiday food without too much guilt! There is no such thing as a diet on holiday for me, but I do try to swim a lot to make up for my Chianti and pizzas. You can guess where I am going this time.

Instructions
  1. Mix the cocoa powder with the water.
  2. Add it to the yoghurt, followed by the vanilla and mix well.
  3. Nothing else to say really, just serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

No need to add sugar but if you wish to, then please do so.

This sauce goes great with my Summer Pudding.
