Who does not like hot chicken and chorizo salad? Or any kind of warm chicken to add to any dish?
As for this recipe, you get the warmth and the flavour of the chicken, the crunch from the pomegranates, and not forgetting the freshness from the lettuce. To add some more colour and more flavour to the dish, I have also added chorizo. You must get the ones that are already cooked, some are smoked and some are not. They have a deep red colour.
Every month, three of us girlie’s get together to et and chat. Each one of us make a dish, then we talk about the dishes, then of course, we enjoy the food. We chat about our children, what we got up to in the month, and so on. We have been doing this for years and we love it.
