Jeera Chicken

Jeera Chicken

This simple recipe is beautifully looking and tender, tastes heavenly and is really quick to make. Of course it’s really well-known that certain good spices are good for your health – if you look up the benefits of ginger, for example, you may be surprised to know how wonderful this beautiful spice is for your well-being. Turmeric is even taken diluted in water for health reasons!

When I read a bit more about turmeric, it has been known that it can help prevent cancer from spreading, it’s said to be a natural painkiller, it can cut down the risk of leukaemia, it’s helpful for people who suffer from depression, and it has been known to be used as an anti-inflammatory. Ginger is also very good for you, it contains very potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. These substances are believed to help many people with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis

.You can even get turmeric as tablet to take, but why do that when you can make any dish and throw in a spoon full and enjoy it? Look them up more and see how much benefit you get from these beautiful spices.I have four item in my in my larder that I can not live with out, and two of them are ginger and turmeric.

I truly love this recipe as it bring me lots of good memories. It was a very dear friend of mine who I met a long time ago who gave me this recipe, so I thank you Sasha.
