Instructions
  1. In a food processor grind all the ingredients other than the chicken to a smooth paste.
  2. Add the marinade to the chicken and leave in the fridge for an hour.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil on a medium-high heat. Fry the chicken for about 10 minutes or until you can see it is cooked.
  4. Drizzle with lemon then serve with salad.
Recipe Notes

You can use olive oil or ghee if you wish, but I must say I don’t use any when I am on a diet.
