Pumpkin and Orange Soup

Pumpkin and Orange Soup

Nice and easy, tasty, colourful, Morerish, delicious. These are the words that come to mind when I’m thinking about Pumpkin and Orange Soup.  speaks for it self if you know what I mean. When  I was last away on holiday, I ate too much, drank too much and didn’t exercise at all – well we did walk a lot but usually to another restaurant or coffee shop! So when I came home I just fancied something light, but full of flavour, and nothing too difficult to make. So I came up with this Pumpkin and Orange Soup as it is so easy to make. You can have it in a mug or in a bowl, as it is not thick nor thin.

As the weather is slowly getting colder I thought I will light the open fire and catch up with my TV programmes – there’s nothing like it.

Sometimes I put my home-baked bread by the fire just to roast the edge of it believe me –  it’s very tasty that way, I am lucky to have open fire, to me there is nothing like it.

I do hope you will like my soup. here is the recipe:
