These roasted peppers are sweet and tasty – you can have this salad hot or cold, and you can add or use any colour you like – green or yellow etc, it’s up to you. I prefer red peppers, as they are sweeter. You can use this as a side dish or as a starter.
As you can see they don’t have any black bits on them, this is because they were not put straight on a flame, but if I did they will taste even better. There are many ways of cooking peppers, and making salads, but this way is my favourite, nice and easy.
