We all love roast potatoes. I love them nice and spicy and soft on the inside and sticky on the outside.They can be cooked in many ways, but this is my favourite way of cooking my roasties – spicy roast potatoes.
You can add coriander to them if you wish, but its all about what you are serving them with. I like to choose my potatoes very carefully and some roast better than others. The ones I’ve used here, are new from my garden, they absorb all the flavour from the sauce. Traditionally, the best ones for roasting are Maris Piper potatoes but there are plenty more.
