For the Pancake:
  1. Whisk all the ingredients together well.
  2. On medium heat, heat up a non-stick pancake pan.
  3. Butter the pan very lightly then add one small ladle of the batter mix, then cover and cook for 2 mins, turn over to the other side and cook for further 2 mins.
  4. Take out and put on grease-proof paper. Repeat the same process until all the batter mixture has gone.
For the fillings
  1. Mix the pumpkin, cream cheese and the honey well with a fork until all smooth.
  2. Spread over the back on the pancake then roll it up. Repeat this process to fill all the pancakes.
  3. Melt some chocolate then put in a small icing bag then squeeze over to decorate. Dust with icing sugar. Enjoy.
