What more can I say about this delicious vegetable stir fry from Bali? – so easy to prepare and cook and it tastes amazing. I have to say I never thought frying garlic would add a new flavour, as I was once told ‘never fry garlic as will give a burned or bitter flavour’ and ‘you should away add water when you add garlic’. I still stand by this, but for this dish I have to agree that it adds something special for some reason…..
One thing to make sure of when making this dish is that you have everything ready at hand as this dish is so quick to cook, you can’t stop half way through to get something ready! The flavours in this stir fry are something else.
Did you know that they have this dish in Bali for breakfast, but it’s so delicious, you can’t blame them! It was one of the cooks on my holidays that taught me how to make this dish, and now here I am sharing this with you!
